Luke 17:26-37
“Where the body is, there also the vultures will gather” (Luke 17:37).
Heavenly Father,
May we be found in the Body of Christ, washed in his Blood, on the last day.
Hail, Mary, full of grace,
the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou amongst women
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
pray for us sinners,
now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.
Dear GMC, thanks to you I’ve been introduced to the Orthodox Church traditions with its beautiful icons and the Theotokos, including the Theotokos of Vladimir. By the way, is panel 4 the crucifixion as depicted by Master dionisii? It looks similar but a side-by-side comparison reveals differences. I was just wondering. I give gratitude for you and I pray that God blesses you and your ministry always. And Snail too! Oh, I hear Father Victor in my ear, and gratitude for all Creation too! Amen!
