“The love of God is the cause of the Incarnation.”
In this way the love of God was revealed to us:
God sent his only Son into the world
so that we might have life through him.

神差派了自己的獨生子到世上來，
好使我們能藉著他而活；
如此，屬神的愛就在我們裡面顯明了。
Eternal God, in whose perfect kingdom no sword is drawn but the sword of righteousness, no strength known but the strength of love: So mightily spread your Spirit, that all peoples may be gathered together under the banner of the Prince of Peace, as children of one God and Creator of us all; to whom be dominion and glory, now and forever.

Amen! We need that prayer today and in this turbulent age. May the peace and love of Christ reign in our hearts and among all people.
