You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart.

Jeremiah 29:13 (ESV)

Ask and you shall receive,
seek and you shall find,
knock and the door shall be opened to you.

《四旬期, 第8天》
因為凡祈求的,就得著;
尋找的,就尋見;
叩門的,就給他開門。

  1. The Psalms are filled
    with a multitude of “help cries.”
    That assures me I am fine
    with asking for Divine assistance.
    Jesus affirms that.
    I don’t want to make myself
    a pest with my petitions.
    I knock on the door of grace,
    Like one with holy persistence.
    On the outside there’s no knob.
    The heavy wood door gently moves,
    slowly opens, rusty hinges squeaking.
    My trembling heart hears God’s mercy speaking,
    “Come to me with your burdens.”
